I don't ever get facials. I have a very simple process for my facial care, so I've never took the time to get facials. When an opportunity came up, I was excited to experience it because my birthday was coming up. I was greeted with warm smiles and professionalism upon arrival. Yuri took me to the back and provided me with a Clean & Natural Facial and a Scalp Massage. As she was preparing me for my facial, she asked questions and engaged in conversation to find out a little bit more about me so that she could adequately provide this service. She was very pleasant and had great positive energy. Yuri was gentle yet firm in her delivery of the facial. Her scalp massage was very soothing. My entire experience lasted approximately 50 minutes. First timer. Got the cryo-queen facial with the enzyme treatment add on with Jennie. It was incredibly relaxing and the results are fabulous. Jennie is a straight up pro- she did an amazing job and provided info regarding things I should implement to improve my skin’s appearance in a kind manner that didn’t feel judgmental or like a pushy sales tactic. The two found ladies at the front desk were also very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back again - excellent value.

This was my first time visiting Face Foundrie! My aesthetician ,Jennie, welcomed me with a big friendly smile and handshake . As mentioned this was my first time and she explained every step along the way! This put me at ease! I would definitely ask for Jennie again. Very please with my results!!

Went in for my second facial. I love how Imani is so knowledgeable about skincare and provides great customer service every time! Jaden was also amazing when checking me out yesterday. Love the great atmosphere here!!!
