Fabulous Unisex Salon

Went in with my own hair. Two different colors because I hadn't decided which color to choose. Got home and discovered they had stolen all of my extra hair. On top of that they quoted me $160, then started braiding my hair and said it would be $260 because they braided it longer. Nobody asked them to make the hair longer. I should have left then but was nice and thought it was a misunderstanding until I realized they stole my hair. They are sneaky thieves and not to be trusted. My hairstyle did turn out nice though.

called the owner a week in advance, we spoke on the phone and she told me the style would be $190. she told me i would have to get my own hair for the curls on the braids, she then said she had the hair herself and not to buy it. when i went on the day of my appointment she told me the curls would be an extra $15 which i had to pay for upfront. i didn’t have cash on me so i told her i could go get it which she said i didn’t have to. once it came down to the end of my appointment she told me the total was $250. i told her she told me $190 for the whole style. she then went back on that and said i would have to pay $50 added onto the $190. i paid the $50 and left. if she would have told me from the beginning it would have been that much that it was going to be that much that would have been

Was told that the salon does locs very well, so I recommended it to my friend who is Hispanic and wanted locs. I wish I never did that as I seem to have ruined her hair by sending her to this salon. There was no communication from the hairstylist. They just started locking her hair without asking how she might want the size or anything like that. Spoke to the manager over the phone and she was very aggressive and called my friend a liar. Would not recommend for anyone to ever experience such poor management. UPDATE: the owner has called and wants to rectify the situation by giving my friend a refund. I really appreciate that.

Went for a cut and style. Very disappointed, I told her exactly how I wanted my hair cut and she the total opposite, wanted my hair coming toward the front to cover my edges and a little hair flipped toward the front, but what I got was and uneven cut and a hair full of spray and jell. $65. For a bad haircut, so now I'm going to have it all cut off and start fresh with new growth 😞.. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN 🤬

This lady named Fabiola was very nice and professional!! I called her for a appointment and she was able to do my son hair the same day!!! I am so happy with her service and her kindness!! If anybody is looking for a nice respectful stylist, she is the one!!!😇😇
