Fabulous Nails

This place is simply the best! Jojo did an excellent job today! So meticulous, kind, and consistently encouraging me to tell her if I wanted anything changed at any point. The owners, Johnny and Lan, always make me feel like family when I walk through the door. I have overheard many conversations between the staff and their clients during my services. It is so clear that they not only want to provide the best service possible, but they care for our community greatly. If you don’t go there for the nails, skin treatments, or other fantastic services, go there to regain hope that there are still beautiful, kind hearted people in the world. Something we all need a little bit of nowadays. This is not just a salon, it’s a place of healing. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🩵

I came in with a simple design photo and ended up sitting in the chair for about 4 hours. The result looked nothing like what I asked for with extra colors and details were added that I never requested, and the design was messy. Another tech even commented that the design was “intricate,” which it absolutely was not. Even after a $30 discount, I was originally charged $100 for nails I was so unhappy with that I went to another salon the same day and spent an additional $45 to have them removed and repainted for my boyfriend’s birthday. The tech also had an elderly woman waiting the entire time, repeatedly telling her it would be “just 5 more minutes,” but continued working for another hour instead of finishing. I eventually had enough and had to leave since my boyfriend and I had a dinner

Fabulous Nails is such a gem in Holladay. Beyond doing a beautiful job every time, they truly care about their customers and about the Holladay community as a whole. You can feel that this is a business that’s rooted here, they take the time to get to know you and always make you feel welcome and taken care of. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service with genuine community connection, and Fabulous Nails does both. I’m so grateful to have them right here in Holladay and always look forward to my visits. Highly recommend!

Johnny and Kelly are incredible! I had a pedicure with Johnny and a manicure with Kelly, and both were truly some of the best I’ve ever had. Johnny (one of the owners) is so kind, friendly, and genuine—he immediately makes you feel welcome and at ease. Kelly was equally wonderful—so engaging and thoughtful, and she made the whole manicure experience relaxing. Both my nails and toes turned out beautiful for the wedding I’m attending. This was such a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Salt Lake City!

Easlyn is the only person I trust to do my nails! She’s so attentive, she listens to what I want and executes perfectly, and her work is so good! I’m constantly getting compliments on my nails. I refuse to go to anyone else.
