Fabulous African Braids

Terrible I won’t be returning hair was completely sloppy & rushed. Asked for large knotless and was given extra large box braids. She rushed my hair completely & her workers didn’t know what they were doing at all. Also had to sit an hour to even get my hair done when I had appointment. Braids are toooo bulky. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Very disappointed with my experience at Fabulous Hair Braiding. I showed them the style I wanted and was told confidently that they could do it — but the end result looked nothing like the picture. When I expressed my concerns, they refused to offer a refund or even attempt to fix the issue. It’s frustrating to be misled and then dismissed. Poor service, poor communication, and not worth the money. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend this place to anyone expecting professionalism or honesty. What I asked for vs. what I got — completely different. This is not acceptable for a paid service.

I had a excellent young lady to braid and twist my two strand twist style. I left the salon very satisfied The braid stylist are very professional and friendly and the salon is very clean and organized. I will definitely be a return customer and I highly recommend their services.

I usually have a good experience at this salon. However, yesterday I went for a simple take down and the owner started to take my hair down and walked away without letting me know someone else would be taking my hair down. She allowed some random woman I’ve never seen before in the shop come in and take my hair down. THE RANDOM LADY DIDN’T EVEN SPEAK SHE JUST WALKED BEHIND ME AND GRABBED MY HAIR AND CUT IT! YES!! SHE CUT MY REAL HAIR!! She didn’t even take time to access where my real hair was and my hair is colored. Clearly, if she had taken the time she would’ve seen where my natural hair ended. All the owner could say is she was trying to help out. UNACCEPTABLE! Also, when she took my cape off my customized necklace that my mom gave me broke. My mom has Stage 4 cancer and that was a mo

I came in for stitch braids yetti did my hair it came out beautifully. Only thing I don't like is how you are sitting so close to other people while you're getting your hair done. I had some breakage and she kind of made me feel bad by blurting it out in the shop in front of everyone and asking me why it was the way it was. I still tipped her I will get my blessing on the other side. Other than that, braids were cute and service was fine.
