The young lady who was working on my hair stated she was well trained, but that proved to be false. At one point she had my hair *bright* red, because she told me that was the only way to get my hair to a white color (previously done by other stylists many times). The VERY NEXT appointment she was let me know that after our previous appointment she spoke to another stylist and found out there was just a formula she could have used to strip my hair, but instead I had to walk around for weeks looking like Ronald McDonald because she didn't take the time to do the research before she chose to do that to my hair.
