This is hands down my favorite nail salon. My daughter and I come every three weeks, and it’s something we truly look forward to. My technician, Margarita, and my daughter’s technician, Betsy, are absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walk in, we are always made to feel so welcomed. All of the techs are friendly, helpful, and work as a team—if our regular techs are running a little late and someone else is available, they never hesitate to step in and help out. That level of care really means a lot. Not only are Margarita and Betsy incredibly sweet, but their work speaks for itself. They are talented, detailed, and always do their best to accommodate any design you bring in. I always leave loving my nails. I’ve already recommended this salon to several people, and I’ll continue to do

F21 Nails in Hialeah was a huge disappointment. The location is hard to find with no signs, and when I walked in, the salon was completely empty—just three employees inside and another one hiding outside in with her husband in the car. I asked for acrylics, but was told only one girl could do them. Even though I arrived around 4:40PM, they said they needed to move a 5:30 PM client just to fit me in. After 20 minutes of back and forth with a manager over the phone and gossip about employees not wanting to work, they finally told me they couldn’t service me. It made no sense—an empty salon with four employees and still no availability. Very unorganized, unprofessional, and a waste of time. Definitely won’t be back. Typical Hialeah behavior and service.

Had such a great experience at this salon… again! My natural nails are thriving since my last visit with Roxana. Nitza did an amazing job on my nails — she recommended a new shape for me, and I absolutely love it. So glad I took her advice! They were super accommodating and even fit me in for a last-minute pedicure with Lilly, who was just as wonderful. Always a fun and welcoming vibe with the girls at this salon. Can’t wait to come back! 💅✨

I came here for my first time and Lily did my nails. It was amazing and she was such a nice person. I showed her the pic and she gave me the exact style I wanted. I’ll definitely come back!
