Great customer service every time! Scheduling is quick and easy, and I can always get in for an appointment without any hassle. Plus, the shop is stocked with the cutest outfits to show off my fresh tan. Love it here!

⭐️ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience I was genuinely excited to try the infrared sauna pod at EZ Tan and even purchased a package of five sessions in advance. Unfortunately, my first visit was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t imagine using the remaining four. The sauna pod itself was terrible. The bed was rock-hard and uncomfortable, the steam crept up along the sides and burned my skin, and there was only a single strip of red lights down the middle—far from the full infrared experience I expected. To make matters worse, the remote control kept glitching and switching settings on its own. Overall, it was a miserable session. What made the situation even more frustrating was the customer service. I requested to pay only for the one session I used and receive a refund for the rema
