I walked in and let Gabrielle know that I was a new client and had never gotten my lashes done. I told her I did not want anything too dramatic or long yet halfway through the service when I get up to use the restroom I see that she put 14mm lashes on me and acted oblivious when I brought it up to her. It’s less than 24 hours past my appointment and I already have gaps in my lashes. I spoke to Jen and told her I was not comfortable getting my lashes fixed with Gabrielle and she did not care. She also said that it was a “he said she said” situation. I am the customer and Gabrielle was cutting me off and coming off very aggressive when I told her about the length. Whatever happened to customer service? Rude and trash quality of work

I absolutely love Eyelash Vault. Shantal does my lashes. She always does a great job every time, my lashes always look amazing and have great retention. The salon is chic, always clean and comfortable. Customer service is professional yet friendly. If you’re looking for a lash salon definitely check them out!

I was looking for a place to go close by and didn’t even realize this place was right in magnolia. It is very clean and cute inside. Shantal is amazing and knew exactly what I wanted. I recently had Erika because of my schedule, and I was nervous about getting someone new. She did an amazing job and was very professional and polite. Back again! It’s been years since I’ve had my lashes done. I started off here with Shantal, the owner and I knew when I was ready for them that she would be the one to deliver. My goal when getting lashes is something super clean and simple for an everyday look. She did such an amazing job! The studio has been renovated and it’s super clean and it looks amazing!!! I have been coming to Eyelash Vault for years because Shantal is simply amazing!! She listens to what lash style you want and executes it every time! She is also very professional and very knowledgeable. Shantal is the best lash tech around and is the only one that I trust with my lashes! She also just did a teeth whitening service on me and was awesome at that too! If you haven't been here give it a try! You won't be disappointed!!
