Eyebrows Threading salon

I haven’t gone in a few years but when i use to go my eyebrows done they were always nice so i went to get them done for my 35th birthday. I ask to keep the shape and keep it thick. When I looked at my eyes brows I almost cried. She took to much out from the middle leaving them spaced out and far apart and removed my natural arch and I have patches. Not to be mean but when I showed he she said she will thin them out. Nooo to much have been removed already. I cried when I saw them. My right eyebrow is crooked and patchy

*CHEMICAL BURNS FROM BROW LAMINATION* At first I wasn’t going to write a negative review because I really appreciated that I didn’t have to argue with the owner about a refund and she gave it as soon as I asked. However it’s been weeks and where I was chemically burned, has scared. Overall my experience was very poor. Just as others had commented, door was locked and she was 40 minutes late to start. She had birds in the salon, one of which that kept flying around. The fact that Microblading happens in such an unsanitary environment is insane to me. I should’ve known better and acknowledged the red flags, but I was trying to save a couple bucks coming here, and I thought based off of her pictures her work was really reputable. My mom and I were serviced by Zaina today for eyebrow threading. Zaina took her time with each of us, and shaped my eyebrows, as well as my mother's perfectly. Will definitely come back.

Zaina is amazing. If I could give her 10 stars I would! I’ve been going to her for over 2 years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows! She takes her time to ensure you’re satisfied. She’s also super sweet and personable. Her shop is clean, cozy, and always has a good vibe. It’s so convenient being able to book online, sometimes even same day! Highly recommend!!!

Zaina is amazing, I was sceptical because of the Salon name is for eyebrows so I was worrying getting a haircut but Zaina rocked it! She is super talented. It was my first visit and definitely not the last.
