Eyebrow Threading House

I’ve been going to Eyebrow Threading House for years—literally the only place I trust with my eyebrows. I’ve moved apartments, traveled, never wanted to try other spots even when I was desperate… I always come back here. No one else comes close. Today I had Fara do my brows and oh my god… it was next-level. I’ve had fast threading, gentle threading, but this was something else. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep in the chair. 😴 Not exaggerating—I actually caught myself drifting off because it was practically painless. No pulling, no watering eyes, no “ouch” moments. Just smooth, precise, perfect shaping while I chilled harder than I ever have during a brow appointment. Fara is clearly a master at this. The lady who works on Thursday afternoons (not the owner) did a really poor job threading my eyebrows. I asked for just a cleanup and she literally took off half of my left eyebrow. When I pointed out that she took off too much hair, she became very defensive and muttered comments about how she can’t fix eyebrows that were so messed up. Avoid this spot as the service is too inconsistent and it seems that the owner is not addressing what looks to be very common feedback about this individual.

The owner is just the sweetest human being i have ever met. I cannot express how kind and also thorough she is. She shaped my brows the best I've ever had them. Prices are super reasonable. There's no other place better to go to!

I have not ever taken it upon myself to leave a poor review until recently. I got my eyebrows done by the lady who is not the owner, who I believe is called aunty or farah, and she did a very poor job. My eyebrows were uneven, she messed up the shape, and there was still hair left. I have also seen this as a common review. I also came another time when there were a few of us waiting to be serviced and when it was my turn to sit in the chair she told me to “move”, which I thought was absolutely crazy. I definitely should not have came back after that. The owner shabana is hands down the best eyebrow threading service I have ever gotten, so I will for sure continue to go to her.

I did my eyebrows with Fara and she provides excellent customer service and makes my eyebrows look fantastic! Would recommend her for anyone getting their eyebrows threaded.
