Eyebrow threading and waxing salon broadway Shanti Threading Salon Capitol Hill

I went to Shanti Threading Salon for eyebrow threading and had a great experience. They have several locations around the greater Seattle area, which is super convenient, and I was able to walk in and get serviced quickly. The place looked hygienic and well set up. Sujana did my brows, she was really friendly, answered all my questions, and did an amazing job. I ended up getting their membership since it saves quite a bit if you plan on coming regularly, and you can use it at any location, which is a big plus.

Absolutely terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE. I cannot repeat this enough. There’s a better salon right up Broadway (om). My mistake for going to Shanti twice after one bad experience previously. Try Om first or anywhere else. Came on Nov 25th in the late evening. Asked for my eyebrows to be LEFT THICK, talked about how I’d had them overwaxed in the past and how I didn’t want that to happen again. Came out with completely uneven eyebrows, one much thinner than the other, but both incredibly overplucked and thin. See pictures and feel free to leave a comment if you have questions. I have other pictures of what my brows looked like before this. Also they’re really pushy about memberships, which are really not worth it for a place that’s both unsanitary and unprofessional

Sam was super quick & attentive while doing a great job! I'm a repeat customer now and have always been happy. If there is a wait, it's never long. They are bot pushy about upselling but will show you the best cost option for the services you need. A very inexpensive service for the quality.

I’ve been coming here for over a year, and Sam is truly the best! She gets my brow shape perfect every single time, and I always end up getting compliments afterward. She’s also so kind and gentle, especially with lip threading. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Sam at the Broadway location is absolutely wonderful! My first appointment I was a walk-in and the studio busy. She did an Outstanding job managing her time, giving very realistic timelines for walk-ins like myself while still honoring set appointments, which is not always easy to do. On top of that she did a fantastic job!!! Now, I will never go back to waxing. Wax in the past has irritated the skin on the top part of my brow but she is very skilled and precise. She works diligently, efficiently, and is extremely patient and kind. I was a walk-in on my first appointment but left with a membership and it’s absolutely worth it! I went back for my second appointment today and left even happier than the first visit! Great place
