Eyebrow Shapes Plus

This place is the absolute worst. Sandy was rude when I told her she messed up my shape. I did not have thin eyebrows coming in. One is now rounded and thin. The other arched and thicker but definitely thinner than I had wanted. I am very upset with this service. Please avoid it here if you can. For $18 this place isn’t it. All I asked was for a clean up and walked out with completely different eyebrows.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years! I’ve always had the best care! Sabi is always communicative and listens. She leaves me feeling so pretty! I love my brows. She’s amazing, and so down to earth! The other employees are so kind and welcoming! The membership here is by far the best deal in town! I will always recommend them!

I went in today, I kindly ask the staff lady if I could wait in my car she said yes. When I saw that it was my turn, I went in there and there was another customer, she got upset because it wasn't her turn. The staff lady told her it she was going to be fast, she rushed to do my eyebrows and did them all wrong. I will never come back here again, you have to give all your customers the same respect and time. Let them know there is someone else in line, or she should've told me to wait there instead.

I’ve been going here on and off since 2017 whenever I’m in town to get my eyebrows threaded. There usually is never a wait and it’s quick and fast. I always make sure to specify that I just want a clean-up, no actual shaping as I do not want thin eyebrows. They do a decent job every time. Prices have gone up. Back in 2020, it was $14 after tip for eyebrow threading, now it’s about $20 after tip.
