Eyebrow Place

Ladies went in for the first eyebrow thread in months, was nervous because I left my go to girl when I moved here. I can’t remember her name but she did a fantastic job, it was the quickest session I’ve ever had and my eye brows are snatched!! I think her name started with a F :)

I could not be more grateful for the service I received from the Eyebrow Place. I was leaving to go out of town the following day for 8 days when I got my eyebrows done at the Lash & Beauty Bar on 22nd and they completely botched them (see photos). Thankfully, I found the Eyebrow Place from a quick google search and went there right after in hopes they could help. I walked in around 6pm with no appointment and was taken care of immediately. My expectations were blown away. They turned out beautifully, and my tech was extremely kind and helpful. Not to mention the service was fast and affordable! I will definitely be getting my brows done here from here on out. Thank you thank you!!!

The older lady who serviced me was very nice and polite. Before she started, I clearly told her not to make my eyebrows thin and to only clean them up. Then, during the service, she rushed through the process and did not take her time. As a result, my eyebrows were made noticeably thinner than I asked and left uneven — one brow is thinner than the other. I pointed out that they were not similar and reminded her of my original request. Then, instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake, she insisted she only cleaned and shaped them — which is not what I asked for. I am extremely disappointed, especially since this was for my birthday. When a client clearly communicates what they want, it should be respected. If a technician cannot listen carefully, take their time, and honor a customer’

Had my eyebrows threaded, and the final look was clean but rounder than I usually would have them. I asked for them to be sharper and she replied "I'll see" and then rounded them out. Separately, I asked for a wax, but multiple times she tried to convince me to thread instead. It felt pushy. I'm not sure I'll be back but I needed a place in a pinch and they were clutch. I paid $25 total plus tip.

Oh how I love getting my eyebrows threaded! The girls do such a good job for $15! Very friendly staff.
