Eyebrow Masters

Beware of this place! This place is awful. I waited 3 months to get my eyebrows threaded. Was a waste. For one, they older woman with glasses was rough, spoke over you, and was rising because another girl was there. I told her I could wait, because I didn’t want her to rush through my eyebrows. I usually see the younger woman there. And she’s okay. But this other woman made me look wild. My eyebrows completely uneven. One with an arch and one just a line with out. She said it looks nice I said wow this looks terrible. She said oh well I shouldn’t have paid. But I did. Basically you get what oh paid for. The older woman said has been threading for 15 years. That must be lie, because my eyebrows look like they are throwing gang signs at this point. Don’t go! Save your money …

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 3 years now. I recently moved and decided to give this place a go. I have never left with them throbbing in pain and sore to the touch until I went here. There was no clean layer between my bare skin and hair on the chair like there always is at my normal location. It felt like I was getting rope burn on my brow bones while she was going at them. I had an uneven arch (which can happen) so I pointed it out and she said "oh it's just two hairs" (which it wasn't), then proceeded to go in again and fix it, but not without getting visibly annoyed that I pointed it out. I think the thing that put me off the most is the fact that she didn't change gloves between doing my eyebrows, having me pay out and then starting on the next customer. My brow bones

I’ve gotten my eyebrows done for years and the person helping me was extremely rough doing them. She then kept talking over me when I tried to tell her. When I paid and tried to rate my service I was going to put a 3 she then cleared my screen then told me to put a 5. I’ve had memberships here in the past and will not be renewing.

I got my henna done on both hands here and it was the worst experience. It was as if it was her first time doing henna and not only did she do the henna completely non symmetrical but she also repeated the same small crooked circles and she messed up several times where she had to wipe off the henna leaving orange stains. Also, she was incapable of making any sort of designs online but I really should've seen it coming when they said "we don't have any pictures of any henna we've done in the past to show you" so lesson learned. And even when I would ask her to fix something she would just simply make the same ugly mistake on the other hand. I don't have pictures being as though I washed off the horrible work as soon as I could but nonetheless, never go here for henna.

Dont even waste your time or money. I had my underarms waxed by this girl with redish pinkish hair and she did a horrible job!! I walked in the price on the menu said $12 and she charged me $25 really? Her excuse was oh thats just the price for one arm pit. How pathetic?! Who gets waxed only one arm pit??? Anyways i wouldnt recomened this place to my friends and family. I rather drive a few minutes north by costco on hammer theres a shop by walgreens they do a great job, plus they charge me $17 max.
