EYEBROW ENVY

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I was quoted a wait time of 5–10 minutes, yet I wasn’t called back until after 30 minutes. During that time, two stylists were sitting and chatting while only one person was actually working, which was frustrating given the wait. I initially assumed only one stylist was able to perform eyebrow services, but that turned out not to be the case. After the extended wait, the manager—who had been sitting and talking with a coworker—eventually provided my service. Unfortunately, the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, this was a poor experience, and I would not recommend this business.

Posting this review due to unprofessional conduct. I became aware that my photo was being used to advertise this business on Google. I reached out privately and politely asking for it to be removed. I was told I had signed a consent form and to contact Google instead. I later received confirmation that the photo would be removed. It wasn’t. After following up, I was met with a condescending and dismissive response, including a refusal to remove my image. Being spoken to disrespectfully for simply requesting control over my own likeness is unacceptable. Consent is not perpetual, and no business should feel entitled to continue using someone’s image once consent has been withdrawn. Very disappointing experience from a business that should understand professionalism.

The negative reviews honestly shock me because I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences here, and I’ve been coming for over a year. The staff is always professional and takes the time to talk to you and really get to know you. My eyebrows always come out perfect. I won’t go anywhere else—this place has my loyalty. Highly, highly recommend.

I went to Odie the first time acouple weeks ago and my eyebrows look the best they ever have after my thread! Will be returning!

I'm so upset and angry, I've been coming to this place because it was good service and good results... I made an appointment to get my eyebrows microbladed in APRIL and they said I needed to leave a deposit to secure my appt. My appointment comes around and the owner (who was going to do my eyebrows) doesn't show up. One of the employees was supposed to call me to reschedule and never did and once I arrive she apologized for not contacting. I asked for a refund and was told I was going to get a call back from the owner. We are in September and have not received my money back or a call to reschedule. I've been here multiple times to get my money or talk to the owner and get turned away. This is unprofessional needs to be addressed.
