I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office due to their unethical billing practices. I informed them that I had recent X-rays done at my previous dental office and offered to provide them, but they refused to accept them and insisted on taking new ones—at my own expense. They tried to charge me for services I clearly didn’t need, which felt like blatant price gouging. When I questioned the unnecessary charges and asked for clarification, instead of working with me professionally, they abruptly cancelled my appointment. This is not only unprofessional, but also speaks volumes about how they handle patients who don’t just blindly accept their billing practices. I strongly advise others to be cautious and review all charges carefully before agreeing to anything here.

I had to relocate and find a new Dentist and my first visit was here today. This dentistry office certainly exceeded my expectations. Every single person in that office is professional ,friendly and provide great dental Care! I would not hesitate to use them.

I came in for a visit last week. My tooth is broken with an exposed nerve. The doctor prescribed me Ibuprofen which did not work. I called in for something different for the dentist to tell me that they can’t prescribe me anything because the DEA is cracking down on them for writing prescription. I am in Pain. The doctor saw my tooth, I’m so confused.

Didn’t even have to step into office, the customer service is terrible and rude. Please do not waste your time. Margaret is extremely condescending and is not a people person.

I have been going to Exquisite Smiles for several years. They always provide me with good service and the dental office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It's an enjoyable experience. My son now goes there and he also enjoys his visits. I would highly recommend Exquisite Smiles for your dental needs.
