Exquisite Nails

I was short on time and unable to make an appointment at my normal salon and decided to come here to try a salon closer to home. While I did walk out happy about the way my nails looked, I was displeased by some of the pricing policies. They have a pricing guide at each station that states two nail shapes are included in the cost of service, but if you request a different nail shape it increases the pricing — my nails were already almond shaped, so when the nail tech asked if I wanted to keep them almond, I said yes, assuming all she was going to do was file them as she shaped the new acrylic. When I went to the register to pay, they added the $6 surcharge for almond nails. 3/19/25 Pedicure was great, first time having anc….horrible. I would take them off today, but will leave then on for a week since I paid to have them done. Very thick and no 2 nails are shaped the same, it seemed very rushed but was not busy. The files and nippers were definitely not being sterilized between use and there was nail dust on the chandelier over my head. Have only been a pedicure client in the past, should have stayed a pedicure client.

This place gave me the rings of fire on all fingers. Thought it was just a bad tech and gave them another shot. I’ve since stopped using ANC, and today’s tech still used an e-file on my bare natural nails after taking off regular polish and only to put regular polish back on. I should have said something but wasn’t positive if this was normal. Internet search told me it isn’t. My pedicure took 14 minutes. Charge $6 extra for anything other than square or round shape. Wanted to like this place because I love booking online but they need to do better. I walked in once 2 mins after my appt time and the owner called me seeing where I was as I was opening the door to the lobby. Clearly just want to burn and turn with no regard to the quality of service.

Would not recommend. My friend and I have gotten our nails done here twice and both times they have popped off within the first week, we called to talk w them about it and were told it would be fixed free of charge only to have them call again a couple days later saying we would have to pay to have them redone. We will never go back there, and would not recommend them to anyone. Their prices are great and they have different discounts but at the end of the day you get what you pay for.

I love May's work. She is the nicest and very good at her job.
