I Had went to Have my hair color lightened by Brittany Fletcher. I knew her from a place we use to work together a few years back, so I thought I'd give her my business. Well i never used box dye and my hair was red and black she bleached the whole thing top to tip and left me under the Dryer for 50 Minutes!! She put lots of product in my hair to make it feel and seem better but I heard her talking to another employee how she purposely fried my hair and was laughing about it! She did not use foil at all and bleaching my whole head in 1 session, which I thought was suppose to be a process. Well I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GO TO ANOTHER SALON AND DONT TRUST SOMEONE UNLESS THEY HAVE ENOUGH SKILL AND TO DO HAIR ,SHE HAS BEEN OUT OF COSMOTOLOGY SCHOOL FOR 2 YEARS. WARNING TO ALL DONT TRUST THIS SALON
