Edit: Over the years this business has been the only place to tan in Paris. Due to this there has become a sense of arrogance in upper management. They no longer try to help if you have an issue with billing and communication seems to be non-existent when you try to reach them. Stay away from the VIP packages because they change constantly and what you had may not be the same when it's time to renew. Despite that the store staff is super sweet and the facility was always clean. Just no longer a place I care to do business with.

These employees are super energetic&sociable. Love the atmosphere! Updated review: Staff turned me away for mystic tan at 646pm stating I had to be there@645pm which I can appreciate but the rudeness of this employee was the kicker. I have used this location&the mystic booth for several years, 1x per week@a cost of $40.06 each session. I was not greeted, only with a mean look&an eager to leave(her belongings were on counter) young lady. I have been 5min til close&the staff was happy to let me tan due to booth self-cleaning, no problem.

Liked having the option of two locations. BUT... ADVICE: Don't use monthly VIP MEMBERSHIP. VIPs pay base rate whether time/machines used or not!! If your like me you do upgrades to level 2 or 3 beds... your paying $3 to $6.50 per visit on top of the base membership. But heres the kicker....They offer deals before 11 am to everyone but VIP. Loyalty is not valued, so drop the monthly (they pull directly from your bank account)..go before 11 take the deal they offer as early bird special. You will still get the tan but save $$ instead of giving it for no valid reason when your loyalty is unappreciated. Customer Service is the life blood of a business...customer retention/loyalty should be a focus, customer appreciation is the place to start. Also the Paris location has got the nice

Great choice of beds, from beginner's to dedicated tanners. Great prices, super deals that are well worth the cost. Always clean, sanitized, and a comfortable environment. The staff are all very educated on what they sell, cable to guide you toward whatever your end goal is within your visits. Tara's Choice gives it 5 stars on where to land if you wanna get tan.
