Express Lashes

I used to go with Kayla for so long. I thought to me she was a rare gem. But now, I think her and the whole business is just money hungry. I got my lashes done 2 days ago on Christmas Eve. She rushed and did my fill in less than an hour. She didn’t wash my lashes nor dried them with a fan afterward. She was taken in the middle of my appt to do a late customer service. I was laying there with all the tape on my eyes for longer than expected. I got an allergic reaction immediately after my appointment. My eyelids are severely swollen. What a nice Christmas gift. I contact with them about the situation and they ask me to come in. They removed all the lashes but it was extremely painful. I was crying throughout the service and couldn’t bear the pain. My friend came here and got her lashes done a couple days before Christmas and ended up with swollen eyelids. She tried to get a refund and some help and they turned her down and away. Her lash tech name was Kayla if you come here please be careful.

I would not advise anyone to go here if you care about the health of your lashes. Lash extensions are suppose to be attached to your natural lashes not poked into your line. Sticking them into your lash line can cause permanent damages not to mention is uncomfortable process. Attaching them to your natural lash allows your natural lashes to still grown and more mobility. I hate salons that are just doing things for money but not educating their customers on the proper way to ensure healthy retention. I gave here a try and didn’t even know people are still doing this ridiculous method. Waste of money. Now I have to pay someone to remove and do it correctly

Been going there for a while and have spent a lot of money and have been going to Rae. Recently, I started to like Katie’s work and went to Katie. Katie was out today and although Rae has OPEN availability all day, they called me to say Rae was not available. I asked why with no answer given. They are very unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Julie is the best first time getting my eyebrows done I was obsessed. Oh yeah I still am.
