Zero stars, The first day I got my lashes done they were very uncomfortable and were to close to my eyes. But I didn’t say anything because I thought i was going to get used to it. But I’ve lost most of my lashes going here and I have tried everything to take them off my lashes gently and it will not come off. Last time I was here I had a goood experience but I guess it was a new lady and she really messed up my lashes.

Whoever sits in the first chair from the front door is great.. I’ve had my lashes about 2/3 weeks now light and feathery yet full how I like them..she told me $25 but when I went my first time prior the lady all the way in the back charged me more .. and they were heavy and burned.. the only thing I dislike is that unlike other service providers that tape your eyes.. they do not.. so you gotta look down .. invest in taping your clients eyes .. no one wants to hold their eyes open the entire service.. other than that I will now only go to the first chair .. super fast service .. in and out in under 30 minutes

Got my eyebrows tinted yesterday and it was a horrible experience. I was there for over 30 minutes because first the tech messed up my brows. She took more hair off of one of them. Then I expressed to her that it was uneven she then tinted my brow again making it darker. Another lady had to come assist her and shaped the other brow but by this time the tint had already set. I walked out with my brows two different shapes. Then what was supposed to be $15 she charged me $22.99

I usually am pleased with my experience here but this time I am very unhappy. I guess the lady who did my brows was new because she completely messed up the shape of my eyebrows. I was very specific with what i wanted which was a CLEAN UP and not to make them thin. So why did I leave with the tail of my eyebrow almost completely gone and the top of my eyebrows completely uneven. When she went in with the scissors she cut them so unevenly it looks terrible. She left like 3 tiny little sparse hairs as my tail so it really just looks unnatural and as if she forgot to take that part off. I have a pretty prominent arch in my eyebrows but not anymore. I left with my eyebrows looking short, straight, and uneven. NOT WHAT I WANTED!!!!

I used to love this place. Been going since the salons reopened and today will be the last time. I came to get a new set of lashes and she used gel remover on my EYES. It burned the skin around my eyes dripped down and burned the skin off my lips. I asked her to see the bottle and it says keep away from eyes and avoid contact with eye area. Then I said to take it off because my eyes were on fire and she tried to pluck them all off. The service has gone down the drain and they do not care about the service they are doing only the money they are getting. NO care for customers. Looked up the product and I could have went blind. Then they wonder why people don't come the way they used to. Will NEVER go here again.
