Expo Nails

Sharing pictures.Had to go back twice, because I was sent out when the polish on my toes was not dry, even though I said I didn’t think they were ready. When I went back to have them fixed, not even 20 min later, the store was closed (an hour early, for no apparent reason), but the phone was answered when I called to inquire about the hours on the door. I was told to come back the next day, despite the fact that I explained I was supposed to catch a flight leaving to FL. None-the-less, I got up early and came back the next day, when they opened. This is what I ended up with. I was so disappointed at the unevenness and bumps. I want in for a pedicure and a full set. I asked him for the colors and he literally brought me the oldest colors they had. I asked him did they have more colors he brought me somewhat better. I picked the only decent light pink he gave me to choose from. Wasn't offered what kind of pedicure. No extras like parrafin wax even though I would have paid more When I went to get my full set they had tons more colors available. I asked him why he hadn't shown me the rest he just shrugged his shoulder. I had the color already on my toes so too late. He did 2 coats really bad shape there is still acrylic under my nails not like a little chunks. I told the manager before I left and nothing no I'm sorry you can see the polish looks horrible. His file was falling apart as he was using it to the point

The guy was rude, rough and didn't do what I asked, and what he did do looks horrible. I do not recommend going here

This is my go to place. I always come in with pictures of what I want and I leave so happy because it is perfect. They are sweet people and I am always satisfied when I leave.

We got seated immediately for pedicures. They made our feet look and feel amazing. We came back the next day for manicures and they also got us in immediately and did a fantastic job.
