Expert Nails

I’ve been coming here for years. Recent staff changes and the last two times it has been terrible. My shellac manicure peeled off in one week because the paint was over the edge oh my nail. I gave it one more shot last evening before I left for vacation tomorrow. I won’t be back.

I came in to get a full set they had me check in I waited 30 mins for them to finish the clients in their chairs. While waiting, 3 people came in behind me. Two of them finished and took 2 of the people that came in BEHIND me and started working on them. I hate to pull the race card but I’m sure I wouldn’t have been looked over otherwise while the others were tended to even though they weren’t next in line. I will not be returning which sucks because they are right down the street from where I live and I had planned on having them keep up my full sets. Very disappointed in the service.

I came here for the first time, wanting to try a new place closer to home. So glad I did! I got right in, had great service, and my nails look amazing! I went to Tommy, and my daughter had Chelsea. We have found our new nail salon and highly recommend it to others!

Wouldn’t ever recommend this nail spot unless you want to walk out with stray hairs in your manicure. My wife and I both got gel done about a week ago. I had a 5 o’clock appointment with my wife but I received service at 5:30 and her at 6:20. She didn’t even get a manicure, they just threw the gel right on. Currently they are understaffed as I heard the workers talking about it in the shop. I felt sympathetic for them because of this reason. But they delivered the worst set of nails I’ve ever had to pay for. The design was not even close to what I asked for, the gel started lifting on my drive home, and the coats themselves were completely uneven. I can here for my birthday nails the lady first told me 60$ and then it went too 65 on top of that there was a child running around bumping into her as she was doing my nails very unprofessional it’s a nail salon not a daycare…., & on top of that there was some type of hair ? In my nail , I asked for square & got a weird square rounded shape , my nails chipped 4 days after having them mind you I had gel it’s only been a week & 3 nails have already popped off leaving my fingers bloody she used over sized nails as well very clean but unprofessional at the same time .
