Expert nails

Salon was clean and inviting. The atmosphere was low pressure and relaxing. I been going with my friends to Expert Nails to get our nails done. The staffs are very kind and always leave you with what you wanted!!I can’t wait to return!

BEWARE: I got a pedicure from the grandmother that works here and both of my big toenails got infected. They were a little swollen after, but looked okay otherwise, so I tried to do epsom salt soaks to see if it would go away. It didn’t, so I went to a podiatrist and he said my body has abandoned my nails and I will HAVE TO HAVE THEM REMOVED so a new nail can grow in. I am about to not have a big toenail on either foot for a YEAR. He told me since I didn’t have any injury to my toes and the infection happened shortly after the pedicure, that they used unsterile tools and pushed bacteria into my nail bed.

This is my absolute favorite and only salon I will go to. I moved to Franklin late 2022 and went for a full set. Since then I am back every 2 weeks without fail. Expert Nails has amazing customer service, a clean/organized establishment, and skilled/talented people. I’m extra and always ask for a design, again without fail, it’s always the most beautiful design work. The attention to detail is unmatched. I recommend Expert Nails to everyone! If you’re looking for somewhere new, look no further. This is your new place!
