This isn’t my first rodeo with this establishment and my rating is solely on my personal experience. Every salon has its thing, whether good or bad depending on the day or the people you encounter. So I always pray for Jesus to go before me that my encounters are met with a little bit of grace and understanding because let’s face it, we’re all facing battles that no one understands. With that being said opulent is a spacious black owned hair salon offering array of services for your hair care needs. Because of it size it can be a little intimidating, but the staff is nice and welcoming, they may not always see you coming through the door, on busy days just speak up and ask for assistance. Crystal did amazing on my hair! I got a silk press and a dye, and I am obsessed!! She was kind enough to take me in last minute after a previous stylist cancelled on me. My hair came out super soft, shiny, and the color was perfect. She was really friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommending her to everyone — I’ll be back for sure!

10/10 recommend Camryn! She did my hair perfectly neat, polished, and exactly how I wanted it. From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Camryn took the time to conduct a thorough consultation and truly tried her best to understand the needs of her clients. Her attention to detail and passion for her work really stand out. She’s also very nice and makes the experience enjoyable. If she’s not already a manager, she absolutely deserves to be her skill, professionalism, and customer service are exceptional.

I had a great experience here. The salon was clean and decorated beautifully. Crystal was very attentive and informed me during each step of the process. She helped me decide what would be a great color for my skin tone and the placement for my desired style. She even introduced me to a braided for when I’m ready to get my braids for vacation. I’m a little skeptical when it comes to who I let do my hair, especially when it comes to coloring, but after my experience, I’ve found my go to stylist 😊

Naomi did a wonderful job on me and my daughter's hair. Our hair was a mess when we came in, but she was kind and patient while addressing our hair care needs. We will definitely come back to see her 🤗
