I’ve been coming to Alex for a little over a year now & there is no one else I’ll book mySERViCES with as long as she’s conducting her business. The energy, skin care products & services is what every woman would want to experience. They prices are affordable. The ambiance is welcoming, clean ; so relaxing. She’s quick. So, you barely feel any pain. It’s the luxury style I’ve always wanted. Now, I’m be given just that & some. Also, Alex makes sure to speak with you through every booked service while offering solutions to any problem/issue which iLOVE about her. I’ve been highly pleased since day one and so will you!

I had a great experience with my facial! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. My skin felt refreshed and looked so much better afterward. I’ll definitely be booking again!

A piece of constructive criticism: Owner needs to work on professionalism in communication, especially with new clientele. Professionalism is more than just sending refunds, especially with something as personal as skin care & waxing. I know alot of black female small business owners in like to pick & choose their clientele for reasons outside of normal business practice & protection - it's not what I prefer. My purpose in attempting to reach back out to the esthetician after the refund was issued was for an update on how what she caused healed. I guess the “lesson” is.. once you have healed from something, maybe the best course of action is to find another business to patronize.
