Expansive Old Town

I have been a long time tenant of Novel and have had a wonderful experience. I started out as a solo practitioner with one suite and they have supported me through my business growth into three suites! Sarah & Christine are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The modern environment, party perks and delicious coffee make it the perfect space for my practice.

We rent a space for our XIMERmedia recording studio at Expansive Workspace since November is 2019 and we love it! our clients love it too. You can’t beat this location. People are great! This is a very friendly and supportive business community!

I love the office space here. The location is great with easy access to the GW Parkway, lots of amenities in the area, restaurants. Our building manager is top notch and keeps the place running well.

I needed to rent an office for 6 months and could not have been happier with Novel! The location is great, well kept, clean and always well stocked with everything that I could need. The other people in the building are all very friendly and it's really just a very pleasant place to be. Everyone there is very considerate so that you can work when you need to work and socialize when you want to without too much interference between the two. Sarah does an absolutely amazing job of keeping everything humming along smoothly and jumps on any issues that do pop up, usually before anyone even knows it. I recently joined Novel and could not recommend it more. The move in to my office couldn’t have been easier and Sarah and Christine have been so helpful and accommodating every step of the way. I have enjoyed meeting other tenants and know I have been way more productive as a result of being in this environment. The facilities are great and Sarah goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She and Christine also plan fun events and make it feel like a real community. I looked at a few locations in the area and am so glad I chose Novel!
