Expansive Midtown Phoenix

We are very excited to be a part of the Expansive community! Our agent was very helpful and understanding of our photography business needs and was able to design a lease that works for us as we scale up! The community manager is always friendly and helpful, and the other tenants make it an encouraging place to be.

I honestly don’t know what we’d do without Lorrie. She’s the heart and soul of this building. Beyond keeping everything running smoothly as our property manager, she’s genuinely one of the kindest, most caring people I’ve ever met. On tough days when I’m feeling down, stressed, or just bored and need someone to talk to, Lorrie is right there with an open door, a big smile, and the perfect thing to say to lift my spirits. I could never ask for a better queen. She makes everyone feel seen and valued like family. If you ever get the chance to have Lorrie in your corner, consider yourself lucky. She’s an absolute gem. ❤️

I enjoyed my time at this building while completing my annual company visit. Lori was a gem. The building is nice with a lovely coffee shop in the lobby. The penthouse area was very accommodating for our large training group. I will definitely keep this building in mind whenever I travel to Arizona.

Penthouse is nice, elevators are a little slow. All in all I love the concept.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to Lorrie and the team. My company has been here since August and we’ve had an awesome experience. Lorrie, Bud and team have been so accommodating to us. Lorrie has made our office space feel like home away from home. Simply put, Lorrie is the Best!!
