Expansive 4th Street DTSP

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Expansive on 4th Street in Downtown St. Pete has been an incredible office space for our team. The environment is welcoming, modern, and perfectly designed for productivity. I love the flexibility of being able to use the office whenever needed, whether it’s for a full workday or just a few hours. The open workspace is bright and comfortable, the conference rooms are excellent for meetings, and the coffee bar is a great bonus. The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly makes you feel supported. Highly recommend!

What a great location to have an office! Carolyn and Jocelyn run a great place here. They are so helpful! I love the coffee bar and kitchen area. It’s comfortable, and they even have events so SS can meet our fellow office space companions.

I had a wonderful experience with Expansive and especially with Carolyn Mercurio. Carolyn was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was waiting for an important bank card to arrive internationally, and she took the time to check in, follow up, and make sure everything was handled properly. Her communication and genuine care made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and personal attention. We were very fortunate to call Expansive offices our home for the last year. Carolyn played an integral part in a truly enjoyable tenancy. Her professionalism, care and kindness began from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we felt welcome.
