THE WORST! nail and hair experience ever before a super important event! I went to get my nails done 3 days before the event and they started lifting the day of the event! Then I went to go get my hair done on the same day. That lady didn't ask what I wanted and just began adding a ridiculous amount of heat to the point I could smell my hair burning. I asked for heat protectant and she claimed it was already in the leave in. I asked for a slight trim and a blowout. She cut my hair dry and then proceeded to straighten it! I already have straight hair! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she said that a blowout was called curling and proceed to further burn my hair with a 1/2 inch curling iron. Then charged me $50 for the mess. I am beyond positive this place isn't even licensed! Moral

I’m always up to trying new places but when it comes to my nails I’m a bit skeptical. So my daughter and I was left to find somewhere new because my regular spot was booked for the day and my back up as well…. Go figure… So years ago I went to this nail salon (Exotic Nails) and it was just super busy and crowded and wasn’t my kind of atmosphere. So I was hesitant but really desperate so decided to take another chance. And boy oh boy am I ecstatic I did. It was Saturday mid-morning and was already VERY busy. But the owner had method for walk-ins and it seemed to coincide with scheduled appts. Unbeknownst to me she expanded her business so there was more places sit this time around!! And a Huge variety of nail colors…The cherry on top is you can easily go around the corner and get glammed

It was Bestie Day but my bestie couldn’t get started without getting her nails done first. Ughhhhhhhhh. LoL!!! She wanted to try a new place so her mother recommended Exotic. She made an appointment for 10am and we were in go mode. We arrived at 9:40 and had to find parking as there is only street parking available. Once we parked we headed to the door and there were about 5 people in front of us. Once the doors opened promptly at 10:00am, we went in, she signed in and we had a seat. Within minutes of signing in, she was in the chair. She was placed with Yaritza who was very pleasant and super professional. They talked about what she wanted and then Yaritza went to work. I’ll be honest, not only does Yaritza do amazing work, but she is super fast. I literally believe it felt like a matt

I always go to exotic nails at least for the last two years now and they always take care of me. What I would say is because of their high demand and the quality of their work don’t go there if you don’t have free time. Yes they can run a little bit behind, but it’s because they put so much attention into their details and their shape is unmatched. The owner Sorelli is bomb! Always at the door checking in clients, offering hot coffee and water, even food sometimes! If you go there often, you would know that she is constantly updating her shop and doing what she can to make the environment more comfortable. Yes it’s a little bit tight in the shop, but overall the vibe is awesome. I will always give this shop my money because seeing a colored woman works so hard is beautiful to me and also c

I got my nails done on Thurs 9/ 23 the photo of the green nails were the an idea of what I wanted but in yellow. The tech was super nice and I understood that she wouldn't be able to execute the exact design perfectly so I settled for what she could do. My nails started to chip away the very next day. The place is clean the staff was pleasant but the work was not good at all. I sat there for over an hour to get my nails done and I didn't want to go back and sit to have them fixed.
