Exotic Hair Salon & Spa

I got my hair done but it’s not looking good. I’m sad that Fidea was not available on that day. She was in vacation. I don’t trust anyone but Fidea in this salon.

Awful place! They insist on speaking only Spanish when they do in fact speak English. I brought my 8 yr old daughter for a haircut. They let us sit there and wait 20 mins only to say they can't do it. Funny thing is when they were speaking Spanish - about us, they didn't know I understood the basics. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects to be comfortable while getting their hair done. If they'll even do it...they cater to a certain clientele.

I love it here, I usually take my Dad for his hair cuts and one day I had to treat myself. Had my hair cut and styled and I loved it. A few weeks ago, I went back for a wash and style and it was the best. (forgot the name of girl who did my hair? I think it was Juana? i’m sorry I forgot). I do recommend this place. Taking my Mom soon.

I have been coming to this salon for the past 10 years and have always received excellent service. I am a black female and they manage my hair just fine. My hair has grown tremendously with the use of the products that the owner has recommended to me. My hair has gone from ear length to now down my back. I have never experienced mal treatment verbally or physically from any of the stylists at this salon. And now that they have a phenomenal nail technician Fannie, thats my one stop shop for all my hair and nail needs.

I wanted to start off by saying that this place is extremely unprofessional. I went in trying to explain what I wanted to the hair dresser she didn't even let me explain and sat me down on the chair immediately. There was no pricing discussed prior to giving me a haircut. After i got the cut she made it extremely short and wasn't up for my expectations. She wanted to charge me 60 dollars when I only asked for a trim??? I later argue with them because that pricing was ridiculous. Later they started laughing and talking in Spanish when they thought I wasn't Hispanic and wouldn't understand,. They started making fun of my appearance. I later paid the 60 dollars and left. Worst experience ever and never going back.
