I never received an email confirmation for my booking both times I scheduled a massage here. The first time, I had to call a week after booking through the website to confirm my appointment. The second time, they only called me to confirm verbally. At no point was I informed about the booking terms or that my session would be shortened if I arrived later. Both times I arrived on time (not early). Because of that, the session itself started later after I changed into the robe. On both visits there was no one at the reception desk, and I had to wait and call someone to come. During my first visit, my 60-minute session still lasted the full 60 minutes. However, during my second visit it lasted only 45 minutes, and no one informed me about this beforehand. If this is the policy of the place,

Booked two 60-minute massages at Exhale Spa Bal Harbour today based on a promotion for $130 per person. I specifically called to confirm the promo applied to phone bookings and was told yes. I also asked if we could be in the same room and was told that was no problem. After the massages, we were charged $210 per person and told the booking was considered a couples massage, which voided the promotion something never disclosed to us beforehand. Had we known, we would have booked separate rooms. To make matters worse, my therapist refused to provide deep pressure after I requested it, saying she had surgery the day before and couldn’t apply pressure. This should have been disclosed in advance. Being quoted one price and charged another after the service is extremely misleading. Transparency

I had an amazing facial with Evelyn at Exhale Spa and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really understand my skin and what it needs. She explained everything clearly, gave me the best recommendations for my skin type, and was so thorough throughout the entire facial. Evelyn is professional, attentive, and truly gifted at what she does I’ll absolutely be booking with her again!

Very nice and polite staff but massages were disappointing unfortunately. I expected more. Facility was more or less clean but very messy and not cared for. We love spas and experiences but far disappointing for exhale ( yes went to other locations) and expected more from Ritz Carlton. Massage staff nice and very polite but have no idea what they doing. Not relaxing, loud. Squicky shoes back and fourth , loud chairs, very deep loud breathing ( not sure why it had to be so often). Had to ask to adjust the pressure several times. Steam room didn’t work, snack area had no cups, asked for cups several times and only 28 minutes later they were brought to us. Lounge area did have amazing views. But that’s it. Probably one of the worst combinations.
