Not a welcoming feeling. Unprofessional. Upcharges. Booking for the wrong services. We waited a week for the service and the day of she called with a very bad demeanor to find out what we wanted and how many people. She thought we had two people for a wash and go at 10$ each. She called to tell me those services would now be $35 and confused me because I had 1 person booked for a shampoo, trim, and flat iron. She was not pleasant and talked over me. Rude. Confusion. Lynne was the stylist. I most definitely cancelled.

I hadn’t had my natural hair done by a professional in over ten years. But I had become frustrated with mine & my daughter’s lack of moisture retention & manageability and knew I needed help. I came in requesting a steam treatment, deep condition, scalp detox, the works for both of us. Lynne evaluated our hair and determined we just needed really good trims. She got both of us together and gave us our first silk press. I rarely ever wear my hair straight but trusted her judgment and was not disappointed. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and have already scheduled my next appointment.

Today was my first time at Exclusive Touch, and Ayris was amazing! Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had from start to finish. I hadn’t gotten a silk press in years, and she took the time to explain the process and the products she was using. 10/10 — I highly recommend!

I took my granddaughter for the first time! Ayris was AMAZING! She went through every step and actually gave us knowledge about her hair to keep it healthy. So professional and so welcoming. We enjoyed our first experience here and DEFINITELY will be back!

They’ll up-charge you every single time you go. There’s always an excuse to charge you more. Every single time $60+ from their original based price. Had an appointment with them scheduled, but they couldn’t do the style I wanted because they wouldn’t have enough time before they closed. My question is why even schedule me for that timeframe, if you’re not going to do the style I wanted? They waited until they washed and blow dried my hair before even telling me. It was either walk out with a blow dry which I didn’t ask for, or a style that I didn’t want. Ridiculous.
