I had a great experience at Exclusive Hair Care Salon & Spa. My daughter’s hairstyle came out beautiful, and the attention to detail was excellent. Booking was quick and easy, and the customer service was friendly and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this salon and spa and will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Called them at 8:00am to book an appointment, they told me to come in for 10:30am. I came in at 10:28 and sat and waited for an hour. I understand when booking a hair appointment you have to make sure that you have a free schedule, as things take time. But to be sitting down for an hour, (after I had a confirmed appointment) in an empty salon with stained pillows, and a boneless couch (I could feel the springs in my butt) it’s ridiculous. I had no idea what was going on , I wasn’t informed anything such as give me 20 minutes or so, these stylist expect you to come in on time to not disrupt any other clients& timing but they do not value your time at all.

I had a braiding appointment with this lady named Olivia. When I stepped in the store it was last minute but she still took me in And oh my lord!!!! She slayed my hair so much I couldn’t believe it. She completely iced my Fulani braids for school I will definitely be going back!!

I needed a last minute fix-up and they came through for me! 10/10 recommend!!!! Angela did an incredible job on my extensions and Olivia did an amazing job on my hair color! I am obsessed with the outcome!!

I really was pleased with such great service that I've received from this salon i recommend them highly and they showed professionalism that some salons may not offer keep up the great work ladies and i will definitely continue to be a happy client
