Exclusive Barbershop

It was my first time there and the shop was nice and clean I can tell the owner is very family oriented because his kids were there. My older son loves the haircut. I would definitely recommend .

I been going to Exclusive Barber Shop for years and I can honestly say Its the best barber shop in Springfield. Everyone can cut hair. The atmosphere is very pleasant and most importantly it is very safe. I recently started bringing my three year old son there to get his haircuts and they are very patient and kind to children. Exclusive Barber Shop is the true definition of a Barber Shop.

This has to be one of the worst barber shops in Springfield you literally walk in there and these guys are all sitting down doing nothing playing video games on their phone and then you asked them for a haircut and they're like no yet they're all just sitting there doing nothing no one in Springfield knows how to cut hair every one of these guys suck they slice your neck up they don't use cream when they use the straight razor blade they are all terrible the only good thing about this Barber Shop is there their cheapest in Springfield and every one of them is so bad it literally takes an hour to cut your hair a barber with some skills should take no more than 25 minutes save your money do not waste your time 9x out of 10 nobody has anybody in the chair but yet they don't want to cut any ha

Whenever my boyfriend calls they never pick up or they answer very rudely. For example “what do you want” before my bf can even say anything. Then a couple times they’ve lied and said they’re closing at 12 and he “should’ve been earlier” even though they’re open till 6. They’re good job with his hair, when his call goes through. But we’d really like it if they worked on how they talk to people or they’re going to lose other business too. Thank you.

Been going to Exclusives since High school. They are the only Barbers I go to in town. It does get busy very early because they are a very well known and popular shop. Best time to go get a hair cut is early in the day.
