EXCELLENT NAILS

I was disappointed in the attitude I received feom the Manager when I asked questions about their process. Why my hands were in acetone so long, what they called a manicure, when I said I didn't want my cuticles cut, wanted my nails shaped and when I asked for clear gel on my previously dipped manicure. The manager and the man who was doing my nails were rude and began to speak in their Korean language and laughing. No, I am not a person who gets dip or gel nails. I asked for clarification as to why my skin was peeling and if oil or lotion would be applied the Manager had a look that implied I was 'stupid' and said it would be done afterwards. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The “manager” did my nails and was extremely rough with me, cut my thumb and multiple other spots on my hands, and was in such a rush, she left my hands in horrible shape. She paid more attention to other new customers than me and shaped/cut up my hands the fastest I have ever experienced from a nail tech. She threw my hands around and was not gentle at all through the whole experience. She cut me numerous times with the buffing tools. I started off asking for a simple design that she could not do and instead of owning up to it, blamed it on the color of the polish, which was exactly the same as the pic I showed her. Nails pictured are acrylic, hand painted, gel polish. One daughter has her nails done in dip powder and my six year old had gell polish applied. We all received great service and were pleased with the outcome. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and skilled.

I came in wanting cute Christmas nails and Leon exceed my expectations!!! I gave him the colors I wanted and he created a masterpiece! Highly recommended! Also he didn’t over charge me like every other place!

The only thing nice I can say about this place is that the lady who took care of my kid was nice. My pedicure is literally the worst pedicure I've ever had and I can't believe that they refused to fix it, fix her nail polish, and then they wanted to charge me $120 for my pedicure but they did not do any exfoliation on the skin. I know my feet aren't perfect but you would think that they could at least I don't know use a scrubber or the pumice stone that they've usually put on the feet. And when I pointed out that I did not feel a pedicure was finished or done I was told oh well And then the audacity to not fix a mistake in the nail polish and still charge me for it.. I will definitely never come back here again and I will tell everybody that ask me for recommendation anywhere but there. Al
