Excellent Beauty Touch

Anna is my stylist for over 3 years she work very good.Last time I got my hair done I made a mistake by adding the tip on my card when I always tip with cash. Anna reverse the transaction to fix it and something most to happen and the bank cancel the transaction and I didn’t realize into about a month when the transaction went through. I just hope that my stylist doesn’t think that it was intentional.

Got color and came out pretty nice the work wasn’t the problem. the girl tried her best to be sweet but it’s hard to feel comfortable when stylists are talking about my hair to each other and I don’t know what’s being said. Definitely got overcharged. Didn’t look at my hair beforehand and just jumped right in so parts were over processed. I feel like my hair was not being handled delicately and the developer used was too high to the point where it was an immense burning as soon as it hit my scalp and had to be washed out after only a few minutes. Literally cried in the chair. If you are Black and have thicker hair, it’s not a horrible choice given our very few options but just prepare to be kept out the loop and for your hair to be handled roughly. I’d go back if i had no other option

Have been coming to this salon for over 10 years. I love that I don't have to sit there for hours to get my hair done most of all. They are all very nice and do a good job with the hair using good products.

I gave this salon a shot, new to the area, the hair cut is really bad, still trying to grow it out, May haircut.. The stylist chopped my back where I couldn't see her "work" just why would she do that...poor business practice, possibly issue with Anglo women? needs training. Sorry but if I knew I would have looked further. I think it is really difficult to get a good stylist here. Love the state, not some work ethics.

I’ve been here twice and had great experience but today I called and some lady speaking Spanish answered I asked if she spoke English ( I wanted to ask how much for long layers and three inches off the back). She yelled no and hung up the phone . So I found another place to go!
