Wonderful massag for everyone, specially for athletes. Ernie is very professional and knowledgeable. I looked for a sports massage because of my shoulder mobility and pain and after just one session I saw improvement. Ernie Ballester has a unique understanding of the musculature and connective tissue which has provided me continual improvement in strength and flexibility. In my opinion, it’s the combination of deep tissue message and stretching that provides the benefit. I’ve been going to Excel Sports Massage since I had double knee replacement about 18 months ago. Although physical therapy was helpful in the healing process, the real progress has been made through massage therapy. I highly recommend Excel to anyone in general but particularly to those with sports injuries or joint replacements.
