Kelsey was outstanding! Fit me in same day( which was the last appointment of her day) and stayed late to finish my girlfriends birthday suprise cut and color. She even offered to touch up some of the color since her hair was so dark. Kelsey was very personable and it was a pleasure talking with her and she went above and beyond to make sure my girls day was special. I have to say that it was a great experience and Kelsey with her 8 years of experience knows what she is doing! We will be going back to kelsey without question!

I got my hair done about two weeks ago, and I needed to share my experience. I was gifted a Full Highlights Groupon with Kelsie. Kelsie was super sweet, but BARELY ANYONE wore a mask! She wore a mask but the other hair stylist in the saloon had the mask under her chin... There were also four other clients in the salon with me during my hair appointment and only 1/4 of them wore a mask... MASKS ARE MANDATED IN VIRGINIA!!! (As of December 14, Executive Order 72 requires that all Virginians aged 5 and older wear masks in indoor settings shared with others, excluding people who live in the same household, and when outdoors within 6 feet of another person who is not a family member.) I cannot understand why my simple haircut is extremely uneven!!! *i did NOT say I “loved”it and you did not show me the back either* edit: idk why you’re lying. 🤣 you NEVER suggested blending my “layers” and even IF you did (which you definitely didn’t!) why would I say no to that! How does that benefit me?? Why would I WANT to walk out looking like that? And also, blending layers is standard practice. That’s like getting a manicure and the tech asking if I want a top coat. I have lived in Hampton Roads for 10 years now and have paid a lot of money to have my hair done but have never returned to any of them except for Kelsey at E’volve Salon! She is the real deal no matter what you need done to your hair. Great cuts, styles, color and highlights-Kelsey can do it all and for a more than reasonable price! I have been coming to her every 5-6 weeks for about 9 months now and have never left her chair without absolutely loving what she has done to my hair! I can’t begin to tell you how many compliments I have received since having Kelsey handle my hair! I will never go to anyone else for my hair needs!! I HIGHLY recommend Kelsey!

Kelsey is seriously a miracle worker. My old hair girl moved out of country and I was so afraid to let anyone else put color on my hair BUT she went above and beyond. She makes sure you get exactly what you want. I’m the pickiest person ever when it comes to my hair but she exceeded my expectations and is super fun to talk to on top of that! She’s also ridiculously affordable. You won’t regret choosing her!!
