I had a very positive experience with Leonita about 7 months ago. I went in and needed to revamp my hair care line and she hooked me up with some premium products. My hair is 3c/4a with a little 4b iykyk.. I was pleased that she had the exact same hair color as mine and it was pretty long. She was very welcoming, warm and happy to help. She also speaks perfect English and is a former hair dresser… I know 7 months seems like a long time but I had to see how the different products worked through the seasons and traveling. I highly recommend this place for top shelf products. Leonita, if you read this, you probably don’t remember me but I thank you very much and didn’t forget how helpful you were 💕

I love this store! Everything you need is here. I was surprised to see a wide variety of human braiding hair. The pricing is great and the staff is knowledgeable.

Do not buy Shea butter from this place. It's fake and the cashier name is Jonathan will not return my money. It's petroleum! and he is taking no responsibility for selling this product with fake brand sticker MITCHEL. Im reporting it to BBB in Mass this theft to the consumer. Report it if it has happened to you. They have a no exchange or return policy, now I know why. Fake products!

This is by far the BEST! ethnic beauty supply store in New England. I have taken the time over the past few years to visit them all. Garcia's has the most inventory for all hair types. Also the most inventory for hair appliances.
