I had a deeply concerning experience at Evo Spa that raised serious questions about safety and professionalism. While I was issued a refund, the situation was not handled in a way that addressed the severity of my complaint. The business chose not to respond through the Better Business Bureau, and my concerns remain unresolved. I am sharing this so others can make informed decisions before seeking services here. Refunds do not erase unsafe and unprofessional conduct, and I would not recommend that friends or family risk their health and safety at this business.

The facial that I had with Grace was excellent . She is very gentle and very experienced . Also she gave me advice what to do at home after treatment . I can’t wait to have next appointment with her . Also , the girls from upfront are nice and helpful . I highly recommend Evo Spa

I have been a client at Evo Spa for years, and absolutely love the place. Great facials and massages; and the infrared sauna is a wonderful add on to either of the services. The staff is friendly and make you feel valued as a customer. The facilities are always clean and inviting, they sell great quality facial products and to top it off, you can shop for cool jewelry and clothes.
