My wife booked an appointment and showed them the photo of exactly how she wanted her hair. My wife Pais $75 and gave a $25 tip because she is polite. But my wife was so unhappy when she came out. Of course I lied and said it looked good but truth is I didn't like it. The photo showed straight hair. My wife came out with curls. Besides the haircut, my wife wasn't comfortable with everyone in the salon carrying on loudly in Russian, and her hairdresser constantly andweing her cell phone. We went straight home and my wife immediately washed out the curls and put her hair in a ponytail. A $100 haircut shouldn't end like that. I wouldn't recommend this place

Frida did my hair today—on her day off—and I’m truly blown away. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. You can feel how much she loves what she does, and it shows in every step of her work. From the relaxing, thorough scalp massage during the wash to the flawless blowout and sleek flat iron finish—everything was perfection. I left feeling beautiful and cared for. Frida is a gem, and I’m so grateful to have found her. This salon is officially my new home, and I’ll be coming in every week. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would 😍♥️✨

Definitely the best hair salon. I have been struggling for years to find the right place and here I am very happy and would never change it. Biti, Aida and Ramona are indeed the best. They love what they do and so it shows with the results. You get a very warm welcome from the moment you step your foot in the salon. Very friendly and professional. I couldn’t find a better place to do my highlights in the color I always wanted. The place to go. Even if I would move from queens I wouldn’t mind traveling as now this is the place I trust. Keep up the great job ladies.
