An absolutely great place to heal. I started going several years ago after a surgery that required lymphatic massage. I have been going back ever since. She has also done Thai massage,.deep tissue, and stretching for me. It's the only place I go when I'm not traveling.
As someone who plays basketball for fun, I didn’t realize how much sport massage could help. Carmen worked on my knees and IT band, and suddenly going up the court didn’t feel like dragging weights. This place is now part of my routine.
Thai massage was new for me, and Carmen guided me through it with so much care. She moved my body in ways I never knew it could stretch. I left the table energized, like someone had oiled my joints and rebooted my muscles.
Carmen is amazing. Love her other therapists too but love her the most!
Carmen is knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Great relaxing experience 😌 👌 Will come to see her everytime we are in the Woodlands Tx.
