From the very beginning, the staff was extremely accommodating and flexible with scheduling, making sure we were able to get on the calendar without any hassle. We both came in for facials and couldn’t have been happier. I opted for the cryofacial and absolutely loved it—I genuinely felt like a new person afterward. Got microneedling with the PDRN (salmon sperm) infusion, and while I can’t speak to those results YET, since I just got it yesterday. I can say that I really was impressed by the service performed by NP, Phoebe. I’ve been searching for a medspa to commit my micro-needling too and this has by far been the most comfortable experience. From the meditative music, to the blanket during service, to the understanding of my desires for my face and giving clear instructions and exact recommendations for my skin type (sounds like we had similar skincare journeys!). This felt like such a Spa session rather than just procedural and I appreciate that for a service. I will try and update with results, but I have a feeling with my skin is looking that I will see better results than I have in the past.

I don't recommend this place. When you do sugar waxing, they always leave hair behind! And they are not honest! They'll lie to me, they said they wouldn't do what Massage Envy did to me, by saving my hours I paid monthly, and then when I want to use them, they tell me my hours have expired! I lost about $600 dollars because I had about 7 hours saved. I told the lady at the front desk at Everly Med Spa what they did to me, and she said we won't do that here, and they did exactly the same thing to me! And the thing that bothers me the most is that I did ask them, “Do I have a time by which I need to use my hours?” because I don't want to lose my money again and the lady in the front desk said no, we will save it on your file okay so you don't loose them! That's so sad how they don't understa
