Kayla has been fantastic & she has super reasonable prices for eyelash extensions. I have unreasonable anxiety regarding the service and on my first appointment was not able to get the lash install because my anxiety was so high about the procedure. I felt terrible for taking up her booking but then not letting her perform the service. She was incredibly understanding & did not pressure me at all, one way or the other. She said she didn't want me to feel obligated to sit thru the service if it was going to cause me high anxiety, even though that would mean losing about $100 for her. I was so bummed though, because I really wanted the lashes. She was so understanding and worked with me. Above and beyond.
