Overall she was quick and my brows looked okay. Had an appointment at 9:45 but wasn't seen until 10:15am. She kept talking to some people before me and didn't start on them until 9:50 after my appointment time passed so it took a while waiting. When it was my turn she did it so quickly. There was also no lotion or rose water applied afterwards at this place.

First time, I scheduled an appointment but she wasn’t available because she was somewhere else. I gave it another chance, but it was really painful. I’m not going back.

I was disappointed with my experience here. My eyebrows ended up uneven, and when I pointed it out, the lady said it was my fault for not showing a reference picture. While I understand the importance of communication, that doesn’t excuse the lack of symmetry. My brows are important, and while some may not notice the unevenness, this impacted my confidence until it slowly grew back. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning here.

Extremely unprofessional and not timely. Please don't waste your time. My appointment was at 1120am but there were still people waiting that had appointments at 1105, 1110, 1115 and then me at 1120. Kamal was done with the 1100 at 1130am. She said she ran late from a personal appointment and that's why she was behind. However, we all have obligations and I had to pick up my daughter from school at 12pm sharp. So I had to leave. She's barely talented and it's time to find a better location. Would not recommend this place at all!

Decided to try a new eyebrow threading spot closer to home and Kamal is amazing! Very easy to make an appointment, fantastic communication prior to the appointment time, the friendliest professional and soul and made me feel comfortable and warm throughout the session. She is now the 3rd person going for my threading needs. With my second "threader", we were focusing on my eyebrow growth for 11 months and couldn't really see a change when I would get touch ups and her relocating to dtsj, but after Kamal worked her magic with re-shaping my brows and making me hairless at x,y,z my eyebrow looks filled in!!
