Giving 2 stars because I went into the store for my 1st time today . I was friendly & greeted the “owner” (perhaps?) when I walked in . Anyways , the store has a lot of inventory however some items have price stickers & some of the same items do not . You would assume they would charge you the correct price for items with no tag but my experience was that the owner overcharged me $10 with no integrity . I decided to allow her to overcharge me & I will never return based on that alone . Not to mention , just before I checked out the lady (owner ?) approached my family & I with hostility as if she was suspicious we were stealing . It’s ironic because she actually robbed us $10 . I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything that doesn’t have a sticker because she will certainly take advantage of

Ilove coming here every single day in the summer time i love the lashes mink lashes and all the make up is geed to the feet up but the lady needs to tone it down a little and be more nicee to customer ! Wnna make money be nicer ? and have some respect for customers that come in thats all

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I've been here before, and now I remember why I haven't been back. I came in for waist beads, she watched me the whole time. She asked if I found any that I like and I said yes, but I had to go through the rack and take some off to get to the one I wanted. She says she didn't want me to leave a mess, which I wasn't planning to do anyways. I put the ones I pulled off the rack back, and she proceeds to blame me for the mess that was already there. I didn't make a purchase due to her blaming me for her lack of attention of a mess and the disrespect.

Ive been avoiding this store due to the reviews saying how mean the lady is. I finally went in a bit anxious but determined. It was kind of hard looking for what I needed but thats every beauty supply! I finally asked her for help and she recommended me what I needed and also helped me with the style! I can see why people might think she's rude. She's an african lady and she comes off boldly but that's just how she is. She is willing to help you out if you just ask. She's great. Idk what people are expecting when you go to stores like these lol. Thank you mamá! 🫶🏽 I'm going to start coming here more often.
