Evene Day Spa

I received a gift certificate for a 1 hour Swedish massage at Evene and booked it for July 3rd. I arrived at the Spa and I'm greeted by the receptionist. As requested, I provided a copy of the email with the gift certificate including the ID #, expiration date, and QR code. The receptionist asks me what was the value of the certificate because the certificate didn't say how much was paid and she didn't know what to enter in the system. She was really frustrated and didn't seem to understand the concept of a gift certificate. I told her, the certificate says, 1 hour Swedish massage, so the value has to be the cost of a Swedish massage. The team at Evene hosted me and a few girlfriends for a pre-baby spa day. They went out of their way to accommodate every need to make the day special, including making my 4yo feel included and celebrated. The services were great - I did a prenatal massage, but several others enjoyed facials and regular massages. Loved supporting a local business, and appreciate the care they put into making it a relaxing day!

This was my second visit since moving to GA almost four years ago. My first visit with Samantha was excellent just as my second visit today with Abigal. What would have been a five star review dropped down to three because of my experience with the woman at the front desk at 11:15 today Thursday July 31st. She said her name was Chris. Upon arrival, there was no greeting whatsoever! She didn't say good morning, good afternoon, not even a question asking my name! All she said was: "Abigal will be with you shortly." I received a gift card from a cancer organization ( gifted to me because I was diagnosed with breast cancer) and chose to go to Evene Day Spa for a little pampering. I took my mother in-law and we both had a facial by Saadat. She accommodated a request and the facial was amazing. It was my mother in-law's first facial and the experience was wonderful over all for her, she said. We both shared about how we would definitely come back. Thank you Saadat!

I've been a fan of this spa from when it was at it's old location in Smyrna. Saadat does a wonderful job assessing my skin every time and provides the best options for what it's needing. Every massage I've gotten has been top notch. I always look forward to the times I'm able to go.
