My husband purchased a gift certificate for a deep tissue massage for me as a Christmas gift. Booking was easy, and I appreciated being able to schedule my appointment on New Year’s Day. The therapist was professional and attentive, and the massage included a relaxing scalp and facial massage. However, as a first-time client, there was no explanation of what a deep tissue massage included, no discussion of pressure preferences, and no questions about any problem areas, which I found disappointing. Unfortunately, the room was very cold, and my hands and feet were freezing. There were also multiple tip suggestion signs posted throughout the business, which felt excessive. I went to Eve yesterday for a 90 minute massage to help relieve my lower back pain. Wendy was attentive and intuitive in understanding the areas of concern and worked on the muscles in my lower back and those in my legs that were also causing pain and discomfort. My massage was thorough and Wendy also worked out the knots in my shoulders. I didn't leave fully pain free, but definitely better than when I walked in there. It was definitely worth the cost of the massage and the hot stones. I look forward to my next massage session with Wendy.

Booked Groupon for “Full Set of Dramatic Seduction” lashes 110pcs per eye for $88.29. Instead I was “over charged” in the amount of $110. To make it worse, She did NOT give me Dramatic instead she gave me classic and said it’s because the Groupon is only for classic😡 which clearly that’s NOT true and after that disappointment, I asked why she was charging $110 if it’s $88.29, she said “tax is not included which is extra $5 and she said she charged me another extra $5 to since I’m paying by credit card”😡 This is ILLEGAL and bad business!

Went here for a couples massage and had an AMAZING experience. One of the best massages I've ever had, my masseuse expertly worked both of our back muscles, great pressure and very thorough. I feel like I'm always begging the masseuses to go harder but there was no need, if you're looking for a really solid, deep-tissue massage experience this is your place. I liked it so much I ended up buying a package. A+

Purchased this on Groupon for the valentine day special. There are no restrictions about time or blackout days on groupon. I called to schedule an appointment for 6:30 pm, they had 3 available slots for this evening. When I mentioned that I had a Groupon code, the tone changed and they were suddenly booked for the evening. I called back to make sure I had the right information to write my review and the receptionist Got an attitude with me, told me “you not a previous customer so your review doesn’t matter.” and hug up the phone. Completely unprofessional and rude. Just because I haven’t been to your establishment doesn’t mean that I should be treated less than. Just because I am using Groupon doesn’t mean that you treat me differently than other customers. Disappointed and will never
