I've been to this business a few times and I've never had a problem until yesterday when my regular nail technician was busy Ryan volunteered to do my nails. First he did my toes everything was fine then when he asked me what I wanted done with my fingernails I told him that I wanted my real nails dipped but I didn't want him to use the drill on my natural nails just the hardened part because I've had my nails severely damaged before because of someone over using (in a hurry) a drill on them. Long story short that's when the public humiliation began 🥴. He said he had to use the drill in order to take off the old nails and I politely said thats fine, but just don't drill on my natural nail, he said he had to and I said "no you don't you can use a buffer or a nail file instead", but that jus
I recently moved to the area and have been wanting to find a new nail salon, and I had high hopes for here but was ultimately let down. For the most part, the service was good. I asked for acrylic nails with shellac, got seated quickly, and had a nice conversation with the tech. When I realized she was painting my natural nail I stopped her to ask about the acrylic nails that I wanted, and she said it was too late. She had not even painted one full nail yet so this was disappointing and again, not what I wanted. My nails were not filed down to nice, even or uniform shapes, the polish doesn’t reach the side of my nails but is on my actual finger, and there nails that came out with fuzzies and missing parts of the top coat. It looks like something I could have done myself at home, not someth
I recently went in last week to get a fill for my french tips. One of my nails had fallen off. I was greeted promptly when I entered despite the fact they were very busy, so that’s a plus! However, when I sat down at the chair, the girl doing my nails told me they didn’t have the same acrylic base as my other nails as they were a bit more nude colored. I told her it was okay and she proceeded to do my nails. when she was done I noticed the difference is VERY noticeable, but I had agreed to it so it was fine. The issue however, was when I noticed how differently my nails looked from one another. The size and french tip was different on each nail. I hate complaining, so I proceeded to pay. I paid $65 and STILL tipped… I hate being a “Karen”, but I found it a little absurd how much I was cha
I went in about a week before Thanksgiving with no appointment, I was greeted right away by Eva and a man from up front. Both were very kind. I waited about 25-30 minutes for me and my daughter to be seated for pedicures. The man I got kept digging at my toes stating “ingrowns” I told him it hurt but he kept at it anyways, it just looked like dead skin to me as I hadn’t had a pedi in about two months before this. He cut me in several places then would laugh and say sorry. The massage was maybe 3-5 minutes long and it hurt so I was glad he cut it short… He did a good job with my white tips and the paint did last about 5 weeks. BUT my toes were swollen and VERY sore for about a week after, I developed bubbles on the side of 4 of my toes. My daughter’s pedi was done by an older woman and my d
I’ve been to Eva’s several times and I have seen several of the nail techs. Service is always friendly. Everyone pays attention to detail. The mimosas are delicious. And my nails look great every time. Best yet, they are always willing to accommodate the way I prefer to treat my natural nails. Would 100% recommend. Definitely the best place I’ve been to in Fayetteville.
